What we collect

We collect the details you submit in the application, including your name, work contact details, company information and the process you want to improve. We also collect basic campaign and referral information. If you consent to analytics, PostHog may collect information about how you use this website.

Why we use it

We use application data to assess fit, reply to you, arrange a meeting, deliver requested work, protect the service from abuse and keep appropriate business records. Optional marketing messages are sent only when you give separate permission.

Depending on configuration, data may be processed by our website host, Resend for operational email, PostHog for consented analytics, Cal.com for scheduling, Twenty for customer relationship management and Activepieces for workflow automation. Some providers may process information outside your country under their own safeguards.

Retention and sharing

We keep unsuccessful application data for up to 12 months unless there is a reason to keep it longer or you ask us to delete it. Customer and financial records may need to be retained for legal, tax, security or contractual reasons. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your information, and to withdraw consent. Contact privacy@thefreeaiguys.com.
